Your satisfaction is absolute... we want to make sure your la Folie™ experience is a great one. Whether it's the extra time we take to help you select colors and determine sizing, or to go the extra mile, we want to make you happy.

We are always available to help you place an order or discuss la Folie™ products by phone during our business hours (Monday thru Friday 10:00 A.M.—4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time), or you are welcome to leave us a message at your convenience, at 877-LF-KNITS.

We also gladly accept e-mails at info@lafolieknits.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Send us your thoughts, ideas, comments, rumors, or whispers...We'll get back to you at the drop of a hat!

Returns and Exchanges

Our products are unique, hand-knit items, and we consider all orders as made-to-order special orders. As such, we are unable to offer refunds on orders once they are processed. However, we offer exchanges and credits when you contact us within 10 days of the shipping date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will do our best to take care of you.

Customers can return merchandise for exchange after contacting la Folie™ within 10 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unworn and in new, perfect condition.

To return your order by mail:
  1. e-mail or call la Folie™ to discuss your return and receive a return authorization number.
  2. Send the item you wish to return to:

  3. Include your original packing slip, so we can properly contact you if necessary.
  4. Please include return authorization number.
  5. Send by UPS or priority mail only.
  6. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. la Folie™ cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage incurred during return shipping.

If you are returning a gift we will issue a credit voucher directly to the gift recipient. Credit can only be issued for the value of the la Folie™ garment. We cannot refund shipping charges.

We are unable to offer refunds once orders are processed, unless an ordered item is no longer available or sold out.

Please note, due to the uniqueness and handmade nature of the merchandise featured by la Folie™, each item may have slight variations in stitching, sizing, etc. Most of these are imperceptible and add to the beauty of each hand-knit piece. La Folie stands behind the quality of each garment. Quantities are limited.

Please note that all sale items purchased are final sale.

It may take up to 45 days to process exchanges or send a credit voucher. If you have any questions about your exchange, please e-mail us at info@lafolieknits.com.

Shipping and handling on all returned merchandise is non-refundable, and is the responsibility of the customer.


Privacy Policy

We understand your concerns regarding privacy and have designed this policy as part of our strong commitment to you and your rights to privacy protection. When registering with la Folie™, we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself. We do this in order to offer you a full range of information, products and services. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties. To become part of the la Folie™ mailing list or to purchase products, we will ask you to provide your name and address, telephone number, and email address. We will use this information to notify you of site changes, product offerings and changes, and upcoming events that highlight la Folie™ and our products. All newsletters and promotional emails have an "opt-out" feature. If you choose to order products directly from us, we will need your billing and shipping information. This information should be as accurate as possible because we will use it for all contact, billing and shipping purposes respective to your enjoyment of la Folie™ products. You have the option of requesting that la Folie™ not store your personal information, including but not limited to email address, shipping/billing address, and financial information. We will also not share any of your information with a third party.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be shipped via USPS.

Standard Delivery — Shipping and Handling Costs (per shipping address):
  • $7.50 for order totals up to $60
  • $10.00 for order totals $60-$100
  • $12.50 for order totals $100-$200
  • $15.00 for order totals above $200
If customers request FedEx or other forms of delivery, shipping costs will be added to the customer's invoice, plus a $2.00 handling fee.

International shipping will incur extra charges. La Folie™ will contact the customer after the purchase to discuss additional charges.
